About
I'm the person who checks.
I'm Forrest Adsit. I do one thing: I make sure your marketing actually tells you what's working, and I connect the plumbing so the money you spend on ads stops leaking. That's the whole job.
The pattern I kept seeing
Nobody had checked if the data was real.
Across every business I worked with, the same thing kept turning up. The pixel was set up through a native app and quietly broke. Purchase events came through with no value attached, so the algorithm was optimizing on nothing. A lead would die somewhere between the ad click and the CRM, and no one could say where.
The common thread was never a missing tactic. It was that nobody had actually looked under the hood to verify the numbers everyone was making decisions on. So I became the person who looks.
Why this, specifically
Tracking the truth, then acting on it.
Most people in this space pick a side. Either they run ads and trust whatever the platform reports, or they're a tracking nerd who sets up a pixel and disappears. I do both halves on purpose, because they only work together.
Tracking tells you the truth. Paid media is what you do with the truth. If you only have one, you're either flying blind or sitting on a report nobody acts on. The point of all of it is a single loop: see what's really happening, then move money toward what's working.
One more thing worth saying out loud. I run an AI-augmented operation, which is how one person delivers the depth you'd expect from an agency with the focus you only get from a specialist. I also build AI agents, tools, and full operating systems for clients who want that leverage in their own business. But the AI always serves the numbers, never the other way around.
How I work
A few things I won't budge on.
-
I hand over the diagnosis.
The audit findings are yours to keep whether you hire me for the fixes or not. If you want to take the report to your own team, do it. Nobody else hands over the diagnosis for free, and that's on purpose.

Plain English, not jargon.
You don't need to know what event deduplication is. You need to know whether your ads are making you money. I'll tell you which one is actually broken and skip the part where I show off vocabulary.
-
I'll tell you what you don't want to hear.
If your spend should go down, I'll say so. If a campaign you love is dead weight, I'll show you the number. Telling you the comfortable thing doesn't help either of us.

I do the work myself.
You're not getting handed to a junior account manager. The person who reads your tracking and connects your stack is the same person you talk to on the call.
Let's find out what's actually working.
Book a call. We'll talk through what you're running and where the numbers stop making sense.
