The honest version

A lead comes in, sales closes it, someone asks where the customer came from, and the honest answer is you're not sure.

You're spending across five channels, every platform claims credit for the same sale, and there's no single place that tells you the truth.

  • 01

"Every platform claims credit for the same sale and I can't tell who actually drove it."

  • 02

"I drove the lead, sales closed it, and I still can't prove the marketing did anything."

  • 03

"A chunk of my revenue sits in an unattributed bucket and nobody knows what channel it came from."

The Approach

How the work actually runs.

  1. Step 01

    Map

We map your real funnel: the channels, the lead stages, and where revenue gets recorded.

  2. Step 02

    Connect

I wire the ad platforms, tracking, and CRM together so a lead carries its source all the way to revenue.

  3. Step 03

    Report

I build the closed-loop view that shows source and return per channel in one place.

What's Included

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

  • Spend-to-revenue connection

Ad spend tied through to the lead, the deal, and the dollars that closed. One connected line, not five disconnected dashboards.

  • True source tracking

See where each lead actually came from instead of letting every platform claim the same conversion.

  • Closed-loop reporting

A view that follows a customer from first click to closed revenue, so ROI is a number you can stand behind.

  • Decision-ready reporting

The kind of report you can put in front of a client or a boss to prove the marketing worked.

Scope and price for this work are set after the audit, once I've seen what's actually broken. See how the audit works.

What Success Looks Like

The state of things, after.

  • 01

Every customer carries their source to revenue.

Click to deal to dollars, in one connected line, instead of dropping the trail halfway through.

  • 02

You can finally answer 'where did they come from.'

Confidently, in a meeting, with a report that holds up instead of a shrug.

  • 03

    The dead channels become obvious.

And so do the ones quietly producing the best revenue, so budget starts moving toward what works.

  • 04

Your ROI stops being a guess.

It's a verified number tied to real revenue, not the platforms' over-claiming math.

FAQ

Answers to the questions I hear most.

What does 'closed-loop' actually mean?

It means the loop from ad spend to revenue is fully connected: the click that started a lead is still attached to that lead when it turns into money. Most setups break the loop somewhere in the middle, so nobody can connect spend to revenue with confidence.

Will this tell me which channel to cut?

That's the point. Once you can see real return by channel instead of each platform's inflated claim, the channels that don't pay become obvious, and so do the ones worth more budget.

Does this work if leads call or come in offline?

Yes. Offline and phone leads are exactly where attribution usually falls apart, so connecting those back to source is a core part of the work.

Do I need conversion tracking fixed first?

Usually yes. Attribution is only as honest as the tracking underneath it. If the events are broken, we fix those first so the closed-loop report is built on real data.
