The honest version

Most ad managers optimize on the platform's own numbers, the same ones we've already established are lying.

So budget gets poured into campaigns that look good in the dashboard and do nothing for revenue, while the things actually working get starved.

  • 01

"The platforms each tell me a different story and I have no idea who to trust."

  • 02

"I'm scared to cut the campaign even though it might be the one wasting the most."

  • 03

"I'm spending money on Facebook and I genuinely can't tell if any of it is working."

The Approach

How the work actually runs.

  1. Step 01

    Trust the data

We start from verified attribution, so every decision is made on numbers that reflect real revenue.

    Closed-loopReal revenue
  2. Step 02

    Allocate

I put budget behind what the closed-loop data shows is actually working and pull it from what isn't.

  3. Step 03

    Optimize

Ongoing testing and tuning, always measured against real return rather than platform vanity metrics.

    Report

You see what spend produced in actual revenue terms, not a screenshot of the ad dashboard.

What's Included

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

  • Spend on real signal

Budget decisions made on verified revenue attribution, not the platform's inflated conversion claims.

  • Meta & Google management

Day-to-day campaign management across the platforms where your buyers actually are.

  • Kill what doesn't work

The campaigns that look fine but don't drive revenue get cut, because the closed-loop data exposes them.

  • Aligned incentives

I'm managing the spend and reading the truth about it, so my job is making every dollar work, not growing the budget.

What Success Looks Like

The state of things, after.

  • 01

Every dollar goes where the data says it works.

Not where the platform claims it works. The two are usually different and the difference is where the money lives.

  • 02

Dead campaigns get cut without a debate.

Because the truth shows up in the report, and the call is obvious instead of political.

  • 03

Budget can shrink while revenue grows.

When you're spending on signal instead of noise, leaner accounts often outperform fatter ones.

  • 04

You always know what you got for what you spent.

In actual revenue, not dashboard math you're hoping is real.

FAQ

Answers to the questions I hear most.

How is this different from any other agency running ads?

Most ad managers optimize on the platform's own reporting, which over-claims and double-counts. I optimize on closed-loop attribution that ties spend to real revenue. Same ad account, completely different decisions.

Do I need my tracking fixed before you run ads?

Yes, and that's on purpose. Running ads on broken data just spends faster in the wrong direction. The tracking and attribution come first so the spend decisions are based on something real.

Will my budget sometimes go down?

It can. If the data says a chunk of spend isn't producing, the right move is to cut it. I'd rather your revenue go up while spend gets leaner than keep a number high for the sake of it.

Which platforms do you manage?

Meta and Google, the platforms where most of this budget lives. The point isn't the platform. It's that the spend is being steered by attribution you can actually trust.
