The honest version

Your tools don't talk to each other.

A lead lands in one place, your CRM is somewhere else, your email platform is a third island, and you're either copying data by hand or hoping a flaky Zap is holding it all together. Things fall through the cracks because nothing is actually connected.

  • 01

"Leads land in one place, my CRM is somewhere else, and I'm copying data by hand."

  • 02

"My Zaps keep silently breaking and I find out a week later."

  • 03

"Every new tool is another island and nothing actually talks to each other."

The Approach

How the work actually runs.

  1. Step 01

    Inventory

We list every tool in your stack and where data is supposed to flow between them.

  2. Step 02

    Design

I map the connections, the triggers, and the field mapping before building anything.

  3. Step 03

    Build

I wire it up, no-code where it fits and custom code where it doesn't, then handle the edge cases.

  4. Step 04

    Test

I run real data through it and confirm it holds up, including the failure cases that usually get skipped.

What's Included

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

  • CRM & platform wiring

GHL, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and whatever else you run, connected so records stay in sync instead of drifting apart.

  • Webhooks & automations

Make, Zapier, and webhook flows that pass data reliably, not the kind that silently stop one Tuesday.

  • Connections built by hand

When the no-code tools can't do it, I write the integration directly so it's reliable and does exactly what you need.

  • Data integrity

I make sure the right fields map to the right places so nothing important gets dropped in the handoff.

Scope and price for this work are set after the audit, once I've seen what's actually broken. See how the audit works.

What Success Looks Like

The state of things, after.

  • 01

Your tools start telling each other the truth.

One source of identity. The same lead doesn't show up as three different strangers across your stack.

  • 02

Nothing goes quiet for a week again.

Failure handling on the cases that actually fail, so you don't find out a Tuesday Zap died a week ago.

  • 03

Your team stops doing manual data entry.

The handoffs run themselves. The boring copy-paste work goes away and stays gone.

  • 04

    You own the system.

No locked-in vendor, no surprise pricing change you can't escape, no platform that holds your data hostage.

FAQ

Answers to the questions I hear most.

Is this just GHL setup?

No. Plenty of shops will set up GHL for you. This is the integration and data layer, making your tools actually move data between each other reliably, which is a different and harder job than standing up a funnel.

What if Zapier can't do what I need?

Then I build it properly. When the no-code tools hit their limit, I write the integration by hand to handle the logic, so you're not stuck with a fragile workaround.

Why do my automations keep breaking?

Usually because they were built without handling the cases where data is missing or a platform changes its API. I build for those cases up front, which is the difference between an automation that runs and one you have to babysit.

Do you work with the tools I already have?

Yes. I meet you where you are: GHL, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Make, Zapier, whatever's already running. The goal is to connect what you have, not sell you a new stack.
