Tracking & Measurement Audit
Find out what's lying to you.
The audit is where most people start with me. I go through your whole setup and tell you, in plain English, where the data is broken and what it's costing you.
Built for businesses spending real money on ads every month.
The honest version
You're spending real money on ads and you genuinely can't tell which part of it is not working.
- 01
"My ads are reporting purchases but with no revenue attached."
- 02
"Meta and Shopify support just keep sending me back and forth and nobody actually fixes it."
- 03
"Someone asked me where this customer came from and the honest answer was, I'm not sure."
The Approach
How the work actually runs.
- Step 01
Access
You give me read access to the ad accounts, tag manager, analytics, and CRM. No changes yet, just looking.
- Step 02
Trace
I walk the full path the data takes and flag every place it breaks, drops, or lies.
- Step 03
Report
I write up the findings in language you can actually read, ranked by what's costing you the most.
- Step 04
Walk-through
We go through it together so you understand what's broken before you decide what to fix.
What it costs
First, what the leak costs you.
Say you spend $25,000 a month on ads, and 20% of your conversions get credited to the wrong place. The platforms move your budget toward whatever they think worked. So a fifth of that budget is being steered by bad data.
- Monthly ad spend $25,000
- Conversions credited to the wrong place × 20%
- Spend steered by bad data $5,000 / month
- Spread across 30 days $167 / day
- Audit fee ($2,500) ÷ $167 a day 15 days
This leak costs as much as the audit every 15 days.
The audit
$2,500
One flat fee. That is less than this leak costs in a month.
The findings are yours even if you never hire me for anything else.

FAQ
Answers to the questions I hear most.
What does the audit cost?
$2,500, one flat fee. Here's how I think about it. At $25,000 a month in ads with 20% of conversions credited to the wrong place, about $5,000 a month is being steered by bad data. The audit costs less than that leak costs in a month. The findings are yours even if you never hire me for anything else.
What do I get at the end?
A written findings document: what's tracking correctly, what's broken, what it's likely costing you, and the order I'd fix it in. It's yours to keep even if you never hire me for anything else.
Do I have to hire you for the fixes?
No. The audit is its own thing. Plenty of people take the findings and hand them to their own team. If you do want me to fix what I found, the implementation work picks up from there.
What do you need access to?
Read access to your ad accounts (Meta, Google), your tag manager, your analytics, and your CRM. I'm only looking during the audit, and I don't change anything without telling you.
How is this different from what my agency already reports?
Most agencies report the platform's own numbers back to you. The whole point of the audit is to check whether those numbers are real in the first place. Nobody usually does that part.
